Global Climate Change and the Blight Called Man

The Global Climate Change conference in Copenhagen notwithstanding, man is but a blight on the planet.

I have traveled extensively through California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and from my experiences, there is not a desert, road, highway, path, mountain that has not been polluted with man’s trash, from paper cups to beer bottles to broken glass, used tires, nails, bottle caps, cellophane, cigarette butts, cupcake wrappers, soda cans … and of course I can go on an on.  Man pretty much destroys everything in his path.  Even the space above our planet is riddled with trashed satellites and other debris.  We’ve polluted the moon!

Climate change?  Of course we are responsible for that too, just as we’ve decimated valuable species, both animal and plant.  We, of course, do this at our own expense.  The Amazon rain forest is host to varieties of plants that could up curing cancer (some say the plants already do) or any other kind of ailment plaguing man.  Yet, what do we do, we chop down the trees!

As I watched the news stories about the climate change conference in Denmark, I felt pity for our planet.  It seems nothing has changed.  The Chinese are still trying to palm themselves off as a developing nation when, in effect, they own the world, cornering all the oil, manufacturing everything under the sun and making alliances with every bad guy regime out there.  India controls telemarketing and telecommunications.  We should feel sorry for them and let them continue to pollute?  I don’t think so.

We are all responsible for saving our planet and until people/nations realize that, we’re doomed. (KS)  Also check out the usaviews overpopulation story.

Internet Stalker April Kelley and Slander Partner Wim Dankbaar Now Engage in Identity Theft

Internet stalker, April Kelley of Battle Creek, Michigan, adds identity theft to her arsenal of cyberstalking, a crime in every jurisdiction, local, state, federal and even international law.  This is an update of our prior report on Internet Stalkers.

April Kelley, the deranged abuser began her vendetta against Cybersoup after she decided she was a dissatisfied client to some web work.  She used the same accusations against her prior web programmers so her tactics are not very original.  When she first went to the company for help, she said the prior programmers destroyed her site by installing viruses and links to porn as well as then selling her “copyrighted software” to third parties.  She then accused Cybersoup of the same thing when she didn’t have the money to complete the project.

She teamed up with another internet stalker by the name of Wim Dankbaar, a JFK conspiracist.  Mrs. Kelley claims she hardly knows the guy but she blasts his name in numerous references (as does he) she’s made since the collaboration. Conspiracists always manage to seek each other out.  That way they feed each other to add fuel to their fire.

The Michigan trickster is now signing up in chatrooms, forums and scam sites using a Cybersoup investor’s name and then using the fraudulent account to post fraudulent/scam links and false information in an effort to expand her stalking and slander across the internet.

April Kelley has engaged in extortion and blackmail against several people, all associated with Cybersoup to allegedly right some wrong she feels was done against her.  She thinks breaking the law is a smart way to go, just as her partner Wim Dankbaar has done against the same man.  Mr. Dankbaar had a personal dispute with Cybersoup so he too decided to take to the internet and defame and libel, in an attempt to not only destroy the company’s reputation but to destroy people associated with it and even other companies..  Both he and April Kelley have become adept at just making up despicable lies in a foolhardy attempt to “prove” their cases.

After the new identify theft tactic by April Kelley, though, one has to wonder who’s crazier, Mr. Dankbaar or Mrs. Kelley.  Is it at all possible that even Wim Dankbaar did not know how truly dangerous this April Kelley is?  Or if he did then the greater shame is his.  Mr. Dankbaar is well known for promoting the James Files-JFK Murder Fiction.

April Kelley has already gone on record stating she will use every resource at her fingertips to destroy Cybersoup’s associates and investors including using the attorneys at her husband Edward Kelley’s firm, Stryker Medical.  Both Edward Kelley and Stryker attorneys refused to return calls to discuss the Kelleys blackmail and libel.  Mrs. Kelley claimed to have had a thriving business of promoting online insurance agent services but instead of concentrating on her “business” which apparently was never thriving at all, she works full time on a website solely to libel and defame.  It’s become obvious by now, though, that both Mr. Dankbaar and the Kelleys are deeply entrenched in each other’s business of defamation.

In 2007, Mr. Dankbaar was jailed and arrested for invasion of privacy, fraud, conspiracy, email theft against an award winning Dutch crime reporter named Peter R. De Vries.

We will continue to follow this story to help leave a trail of information for the authorities.  They should note that as of this writing, Mr. Dankbaar has abused the internet system for a total of five years against the owners and investors of CyberSoup.  More information on James Files Fraud.  Read the updated April Kelley libel report.

Healthcare and Washington DC, The Land of Fantasy and B.S.

I’m convinced I’m an alien, dropped on planet earth from some far off land, many years ago.  If not that, then perhaps I am from the future, and I’ve come through a worm hole, purpose unknown.  I can think of no other explanation – oh, there is one – that I’m a lot more intelligent than the so-called “intelligent life” that thrive in our nation’s capital, specifically our legislators.

As I’ve listened to the health care reform debate drone on over the past number of months, I realized without a shadow of a doubt that there is no hope for the masses.  Our politicians live in a fantasy land; they may easily have slipped down the rabbit hole along with Alice.  And they’re never coming back up.

If they’re not as stupid as they pretend to be, then it must just be a matter of greed and complacency.  They obviously know nothing about how many people live, never having walked in their shoes.  I’m not talking about the upper middle class or people lucky enough have to have flexible positive flow incomes.  I’m talking about those who are unemployed or self-employed or retired who have extremely limited and static funds.  There is NOTHING left over for anything.

So, how can any legislator think that a person living on such a fixed income is going to magically be able to afford health insurance at any price?  Where is the money going to come from?  They still expect people to pay for what they’re calling a public option health insurance. These D.C. morons just don’t seem to understand this very simple basic principle.  They keep yacking on about public option or private insurance from employers or personal insurance that someone with money can afford to buy.

Advice to politicians:  Stop the yacking, pull your heads out of your asses, climb out of the rabbit hole and get real.  Once and for all do the right thing.

The Wonderful World Wide Web of Internet Stalkers

How do you protect yourself from internet crazies when you try to run an honest business that requires a website?  We’ve been asking ourselves that a lot lately particularly as information came to us about how the James Files-JFK Assassination hoax zoomed around the web, primarily through the efforts of Dutch author Wim Dankbaar.  Mr. Dankbaar knowingly bought the rights to the fake story and the JFK conspiracy website he now calls his own.

There have been lots of detractors to that theory over the years (some believe Mr. Dankbaar is perpetuating the fraud for profit – considering all the stuff he sells, that’s not far from the truth)  but it it seems that one man in particular is becoming quite famous for disagreeing with Wim Dankbaar.  That would be a person knowledgeable in weapons and human behavior who basically called James Files a liar based upon Files’ own statements.  This poor man has been the victim of Mr. Dankbaar’s vitriol ever since, attacked both on the internet and offline.

The man was an investor in a social networking company (cybersoup.com) that Mr. Dankbaar managed to destroy by his posting of libelous remarks on his JFK site.   Then, when the man tried to continue doing business offering website services, Mr. Dankbaar went after him again. In fact, Wim Dankbaar hasn’t stopped and he brags about it all over the internet.

Because of Mr. Dankbaar’s offending posts, a woman who had abruptly decided she was unhappy with Cybersoup’s services, contacted Dankbaar and proclaimed that she was cheated.  The problem from what we understand is that she wasn’t cheated, at least not by Cybersoup.  She is just highly disturbed and disillusioned about the facts.  In any case, as the story unfolds, Wim Dankbaar rushed to her “aid”.

Here’s where the internet stalking part gets good.  The woman is Michigan’s April Kelley who had problems with her prior website catering to online insurance agents which she now uses to accuse, threaten and blackmail.  Mrs. Kelley proves herself quite adept at internet stalking just like Wim Dankbaar because he’s coaching her every step of the way.   She’s trying to use Cybersoup as a scapegoat for her incompetence in getting her own site running properly.  Apparently any disaffected soul can just make up lies and post them to their advantage.  That’s what the wonderful world wide web is all about these days.  Post your lies and hurt innocent people in the process and damage their businesses.

Now April Kelley who said other programmers had damaged her website has done an about turn and is calling Cybersoup and the man who had tried to help her, the cheat.  She sent numerous threatening emails to everyone associated with the company (just like Mr. Dankbaar has done repeatedly over the years).  The Cybersoup investor was then put in the position of having to defend himself against this new internet lunatic.  April Kelly insisted she was contacting the FBI and the CIA and all the police departments.  She probably will since she thought nothing of filing false PayPal payment reports already.

Mr. Dankbaar, the real evildoer in this tale, is sitting back, overjoyed to have allegedly distanced himself from the fray by having another internet stalker go after the man he hates.  But the tactics have Mr. Dankbaar’s fingerprints all over them, down to the same name-calling and points that Wim Dankbaar uses on his own site.

Internet stalking is a disease.  Wim Dankbaar has it.  April Kelley, his new partner in crime, has it.   It’s apparently highly contagious. Then there are those who must work especially hard to protect themselves.  Mrs. Kelley in her online obscenities and spamming emails to a cache of people has twisted every known fact about the investor into something so outrageous that only other crazies like Mr. Dankbaar would believe.   Then for good measure, as coached by Mr. Dankbaar, April Kelley added more ludicrous statements and a bevy of inaccuracies.  When people like April Kelly talk about God and all his goodness on their blogs, you have to wonder which God they’re talking about and how come they aren’t following in his holy path.  The really ridiculous thing is that in both cases, Dankbaar and Kelly think they can jolly well go about destroying a man’s reputation then claim HE’s the bad guy.  In BOTH cases, Mr. Dankbaar and Mrs. Kelley came to Cybersoup for help and in BOTH cases, the company’s investor tried to do just that.  Sadly what he got for his efforts were two internet stalkers who just don’t know when to stop.  But, hey, that’s what conspiracy nuts do. They conspire …  and they apparently keep going like the Energizer Bunny until their batteries run down or they’re run out of town.  Since this is the internet, the only way to run them out of town is stop reading their garbage and in Wim Dankbaar’s case, to stop supporting his online terrorism by NOT buying his fabricated stories about the JFK assassination.

Women and Mammography and a Safer Approach

Last month, an independent task force came out with a new recommendation for women saying they can wait until age 50 to get their first mammogram. And even then, they said, you only need to get one every other year. Well, women everywhere ran around like chickens with their heads cut off.  Some were so confused by the latest advice that they actually seemed distraught during their prime time news interviews.  And even a national women’s health organization spoke out against the new recommendation.  For two weeks straight, the report was being debated in the media.

The sad truth is that women were up in arms because they think mammograms are the best thing out there to save lives.  That couldn’t be further from the truth! There’s a far better test out there. It’s called a thermogram.  According to some data, this highly accurate test can detect cancerous cells up to 10 years before a mammogram. Plus, there’s NO radiation involved and it doesn’t cause trauma to the breast. Unfortunately, it’s not widely available yet. But with a little luck, we’ll see mammograms go by the wayside as more and more of us learn about their shortcomings. And we’ll see an increased demand for better testing. So women, go online and search out knowledgeable physicians offering breast thermography.  My information is that the cost of the test is about the same as the one that irradiates you.

Why Dismiss Mammograms:

#1: Radiation: A mammogram is an x-ray of the breast. And it’s an established fact (though the American Cancer Society doesn’t want to admit it) that each test generates a huge dose of radiation. In fact, each “life-saving” mammogram generates 1 rad (radiation-absorbed doses) of exposure. And even just 1 rad can be harmful. The former Director of the National Cancer Institute ( Dr. Frank Raucscher) says every rad of exposure increases your lifetime risk of breast cancer by 1 percent. That’s for women ages 35 to 50. Other experts put the risk even higher. Especially if you got your first mammogram in the 1970s when each test delivered 5 to 10 rads of exposure.   Over a lifetime, you could actually increase your risk of breast cancer by 30 to 40 percent just by following your well-intentioned doctor’s advice and getting annual tests.

#2: Breast Trauma: The mammogram procedure painfully compresses a women’s breasts. This kind of intense trauma, year after year, can liberate tumor cells that your body might have kept contained.

#3: False negatives, false positives, and over diagnosis. Even the federal government’s task force has admitted that annual testing only pays off for a very small number of women in their 40s.  If you’re younger than 50, annual mammograms most often lead to false positives and unnecessary biopsies.  In women age 50 to 74, routine mammograms often lead to “over diagnosis.”  While mammograms do find small tumors in this age group of women, many of the tumors would never have caused a problem or “shortened a woman’s life.”   Laura J. Esserman, M.D., a breast surgeon, argues that mammograms often catch slow-growing types of cancer that may not need treatment. But they can miss aggressive, deadly types of cancer that need treatment. In fact, overall mammograms miss up to 20 percent of malignant breast cancer.

Dr. Allan Spreen writes about a major mammogram study conducted in Norway where researchers followed more than 200,000 women (age 50 to 64) as part of a national breast-screening program for six years. About half of the women received three mammograms during that time. The other half of the women got a single “screening mammogram” at the end of the six-year period. Researchers found that breast cancer rates were 22 percent higher among the women given regular mammograms. Did the extra mammograms actually increase the rate of breast cancer? He thinks it’s highly possible.  The Norwegian scientists seemed to think something else was going on too. They believed the second group of women actually did get cancer just as often. It’s just that some of their cancers may have “spontaneously regressed.”  The scientists believe the women who got just one mammogram developed just as many tumors. But their tumors went undiagnosed and, therefore, untreated. And given time, some of them disappeared. In other words, the body healed itself.

The report was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Yet conventional doctors still spew long-winded defenses of mammograms.

Time to educate yourselves and look for safer alternatives.  Breast Thermography is just such a too.

Monsanto Goon and the US Food Supply: Update

The following is an update report from Organic Consumer Association about how Agribusiness giant MONSANTO taints the American food supply by infiltrating our government.

President Obama has again broken his campaign promise to keep corporate lobbyists out of his administration by appointing yet another Monsanto cheerleader and pesticide lobbyist to a prominent position.

President Obama has named Islam Siddiqui to represent U.S. agricultural trade interests. Siddiqui is the current Vice-President for Science and Regulatory Affairs with CropLife America, a pesticide and biotechnology trade group known for aggressively pushing the agenda of agribusinesses, including Monsanto, Syngenta, Cargill and Dow. During Siddiqui’s term alone, CropLife has been a driving force undermining U.S. compliance with international agreements ranging from the Montreal Protocol on ozone-depleting chemicals to the Stockholm Convention, an effort to regulate the use of toxins, including DDT, PCBs and dioxins. Siddiqui’s group also publicly criticized and ridiculed Michele Obama for planting a pesticide-free organic garden at the White House.

Siddiqui first caught the Organic Consumers Association’s attention during the Clinton administration when he worked at USDA on the implementation of national organic standards. He was vocal in calling for nuclear irradiation, sewage sludge, and GMOs to be allowed in organic production. After a long campaign led by the OCA and our allies, Siddiqui and the USDA backed down.

Why would President Obama betray his ideals and organic consumers? Could the fact that Siddiqui and much of the entire chemical-biotech lobby gave Obama major campaign contributions during the 2008 campaign have anything to do with it?

Siddqui’s appointment was due for a confirmation vote in the Finance Committee on November 20. The hearing was postponed and has not yet been rescheduled. Could OCA, the 80 groups in opposition, and the 77,000 people who have signed the Stop Siddiqui petition have anything to do with it?  LEARN MORE-TAKE ACTION at ORGANIC CONSUMERS.ORG

Wim Dankbaar Shoots to Kill: The Attack on CyberSoup

Shortly after drafting my report about author fraud and the James Files-JFK assassination conspiracy tales of Wim Dankbaar from The Netherlands  — see my James Files Fiction report – other stories on the internet about Mr. Dankbaar were brought to my attention, particularly one involving a website called CyberSoup.com.  It seems Mr. Dankbaar was on a vendetta because one of the investors who had knowledge of weapons and human behavior had called the Files story a sham and James Files a liar.  The two men apparently had a business relationship of sorts, but Mr. Dankbaar decided it was best to end his personal dispute by putting an end to the company behind the man.

CyberSoup had been in business on the Internet since 1996.  It billed itself originally as a theme park and developed into a formidable social network offering free personal and business websites, online greeting cards, games and a variety of other attractions. During his relationship with the company owner, Mr. Dankbaar used CyberSoup’s business services to have a lengthy James Files interview tape edited and also used its advertising services for which he paid.   He then took it upon himself to promote his JFK assassination books and other materials through their free websites.  Mr. Dankbaar was caught spamming using CyberSoup servers causing the owner to delete his free account.  So, between the investor having called James Files a fraud and Mr. Dankbaar being found out for the massive spamming attack using the company’s servers, his revenge took hold.

Wim Dankbaar (seen here, left) used his formidable clout and good luck (living out of country, money and an endless amount of free time on his hands) to deep six the company first by harassing everyone associated with Cybersoup.  That included its bank, its partners, its investors, mere acquaintances, investor friends and family, plus one complete stranger, an ambassador who happened to live in the vicinity of one of the company’s business acquaintances.  Mr. Dankbaar did this by sending emails, writing letters and making nonstop threatening phone calls.  He then posted reprehensible and false statements on his JFK website, so that anyone doing a search on the company would be directed away from ever doing business with it or its owners/investors.  Mr.Dankbaar was quite successful at it actually.  He ranted endlessly to anyone who contacted him about his posting and called the company owners “crooks of the worst kind”.  The company subsequently lost investors and the ability to earn from its business services.  Then he sued the company and its owners, knowing full well that he had bankrupt them.

When the company tried to resurrect itself recently as a marketing firm, Mr. Dankbaar renewed his campaign, again threatening to shut it down with another lawsuit.  Now as it stands, four to five years after the original problems arose, Wim Dankbaar has resorted to blackmailing Judd McIlvain, a consumer advocate who has known CyberSoup for many years.  A woman named April Kelley (a Michigan woman) who was innocently directed to the company by Mr. McIlvain because she said she desperately needed work done repairing her online insurance agent website has now teamed with Mr. Dankbaar because of Dankbaar’s libelous website attacking Mr. Bartell.  Her excuse for aligning herself with Mr. Dankbaar was that she now believed Cybersoup was part of the vast conspiracy of internet programmers directing bad karma at her!  Huh?

It seems the company now has two dangerous lunatics after it: a rich foreigner with lots of time to wreak havoc and a karma-crazed woman who goes around the internet conning programmers into giving her free services.  She’s the one who said she was going to complain to the CIA about the bad karma attacks against her.
