Website Assassin Wim Dankbaar Targets BrainTrackers

The obsessed Dutchman, Wim Dankbaar, who spends nearly every waking moment trying to prove that imprisoned scam artist James Files is the man who killed President Kennedy, is now targeting the BrainTrackers company and website in an effort to destroy the man behind it.  Mr. Dankbaar has manufactured an extraordinary number of lies to libel him and those with whom he associates.  Dankbaar claims he’s somehow owed money from a company he long ago destroyed, the Cybersoup network.  The reality is that Wim Dankbaar thinks EVERYONE owes him money.

The Dutchman cheated Bob Vernon, the man who sold him the rights to the James Files Hoax, out of $150,000, yet he claims that Mr. Vernon owes him.  Even Vernon calls Dankbaar a liar and fraud for essentially stealing the rights and continuing to push the Files fraud all these years.

Mr. Dankbaar is suing the daughter of deceased CIA agent Chauncey Holt, claiming SHE cheated him and owes him money too.  He claims he bought the entire rights to the Holt story and that she can’t talk about her own father now.  It has been reported (and it certainly seems to be the case) that Mr. Dankbaar sues or threatens to sue everyone he comes in contact with in his quest for glory over the JFK assassination.  Otherwise, why sell books and DVDs related to a story that’s been debunked all over the internet by some very smart people?

Mr. Bartell has said he is beginning to feel sorry for Mr. Dankbaar.  “He obviously can’t help himself.  He suffers from a form of obsessive compulsive disorder.  Mr. Dankbaar  is seriously obsessed about who killed JFK and feels compelled to defame anyone who disagrees with him or who won’t help deliver his message to the masses.  On top of that he engages in cyber bullying within a conspiracy mind-set.  It really is quite sad”

Mr. Dankbaar’s obsession and compulsion, if you will, has also lead him to join forces with a known internet stalker and ID Thief, April Kelley, a woman from Battle Creek, Michigan, who, along with her husband Edward F. Kelley, scam web programmers.  In true conspiratorial manner, the two parties are feeding off each other’s illusions and taking cues from one another as to how best destroy innocent people’s reputations.

This Dutchman and his clone April Kelley hide behind their computers to continually force people to defend themselves by stepping up their libelous attacks every which way they can.  Then when people do try to defend themselves, he insists THEY have NO right to do so.  This self-importance on top of the OCD framework from which he operates is rather frightening.  People who have dealt with him say he can’t be stopped and that he would rather destroy everything and everyone in his path if he can’t get his way.

Mr. Dankbaar has a history of attacking people.  In 2007 he was jailed for invasion of privacy, conspiracy and email theft against his own business partner, a famous crime reporter in the Netherlands named Peter R. de Vries.  The two men were collaborating on a JFK assassination film project when the crime occurred.  Dutch news reports also state that Mr. Dankbaar not only stole business emails but personal ones of a sexual nature which he then transmitted to other people in the media.

Mr. Dankbaar is listed as a fraudulent author at allforums.com and fameandglory.com. His destruction of Cybersoup is best understood by visiting that site.

Update About April Kelley’s Slander Against Jay Bartell

This is a warning and update report about the obviously deranged Battle Creek, Michigan slanderers and internet stalkers April Kelley and her husband Edward F, Kelley who have stolen the identity of “JayBartell” and are using the name to post abusive comments and libel attributed to person(s) named JayBartell.

Mrs. Kelley identifies this person as living in Nevada, Nebraska, New York, Florida, Washington D.C., Washington State, North Carolina and California and says he is out to “kill her”.  Six reports have confirmed that this paranoid schizophrenic, April Kelley, has already been reported to child services in Michigan as a danger to her three children.

April Kelley’s ludicrous claims against “JayBartell” say he is guilty of gross wrongdoing and crimes.  Here are just SOME of the assertions she makes:  she says he stole her secret website code and sold it to China for $1-billion; that he was an actor on the TV shows Gunsmoke and The Rifleman and that he’s going to use the guns he had on the shows to shoot her and her family; that he’s a lawyer and a judge who’s going to have her committed and her children tossed in a river; that he stole web sites from hundreds of business people whom he now holds hostage in his basement; that he’s a porn star who owns hundreds, if not thousands of pornography web sites earning multi-millions of dollars each year; that he’s a web programmer whose web servers host the White House web site; that he writes books about poetry and soup and owns a soup kitchen; that he races cars; that he’s a construction worker who builds lousy houses that kill people; that he’s a psychological profiler for the FBI; that he sells phony diet products; that he stole horse trainer Monty Roberts‘ horse and ranch from him; that he’s a brain surgeon with secret fake technology he’s been trying to sell to her husband; that he’s using her own phony business web site IP addresses to remotely commit terrorist attacks from Iran.

April Kelley is the woman who along with her husband teamed up with a JFK assassination conspiracist named WIM DANKBAAR from the Netherlands to defame someone whom Mr. Dankbaar had bad dealings with, you guessed it … JayBartell.  Now Mrs. Kelley is in danger of defaming anyone associated with the name and ANY variation of it.

She has been posting her libel on websites and blogs throughout the internet using the Bartell name.  Edward F. Kelley allegedly works for a company named Stryker out of Michigan and Mrs. Kelley says the company’s lawyers are notifying the CIA and FBI of the so-called “death threats” and drafting lawsuits against anyone and everyone named JayBartell.

Since she became entrenched in her relationship with conspiracist Wim Dankbaar, April Kelley has even gone on to accuse her nemesis of assassinating President Kennedy which she said he conspired to do with the help of a consumer advocate.  She further cites so-called “aliases” used by the man as proof of “crimes”, saying he also uses last names Barrel, Barel, Barrell, Bartel, Bertell, Bertel, Bartolini, Barte, Berte, Bertie, Birdy, Bertrum, Bertrame, Baroli, Berts along with these first names: Anthony, Bob, Robert, Dennis, Gary, Garry, Gare, J, Jai, Jack, Jaye, Jim, James, John, Jesse, Jess, Jessie.

Dr. Matthew Billow, a retired psychiatrist, has stated that “the woman is displaying true psychosis and that she is indeed a danger to her children.  The fact that she’s aligned herself with a known conspiracist, this Dankbaar fellow, is most telling”, he says, and “it’s obvious that she has taken on a conspiracy mentality and that without proper care, April Kelley and perhaps her husband, Edward F, Kelley could act on their delusions to the detriment of many innocent people.”

Wim Dankbaar is listed as a fraudulent author on several sites because he sells what many describe as fraud books and DVDs related to James Files, an imprisoned criminal who claims he was the sole assassin of President Kennedy, although none in the government ever bought into that claim.

In 2007, Mr. Dankbaar was jailed and arrested for invasion of privacy, fraud, conspiracy, email theft against an award winning Dutch crime reporter named Peter R. De Vries.  Mrs. Kelley refers to Dankbaar as “an honest man” and claims that everything he says is the truth.  They both like to refer to horse trainer Monty Roberts who is also listed as a fraudulent author on the same site as Dankbaar, including at FameandGlory.com

Internet Stalker April Kelley and Slander Partner Wim Dankbaar Now Engage in Identity Theft

Internet stalker, April Kelley of Battle Creek, Michigan, adds identity theft to her arsenal of cyberstalking, a crime in every jurisdiction, local, state, federal and even international law.  This is an update of our prior report on Internet Stalkers.

April Kelley, the deranged abuser began her vendetta against Cybersoup after she decided she was a dissatisfied client to some web work.  She used the same accusations against her prior web programmers so her tactics are not very original.  When she first went to the company for help, she said the prior programmers destroyed her site by installing viruses and links to porn as well as then selling her “copyrighted software” to third parties.  She then accused Cybersoup of the same thing when she didn’t have the money to complete the project.

She teamed up with another internet stalker by the name of Wim Dankbaar, a JFK conspiracist.  Mrs. Kelley claims she hardly knows the guy but she blasts his name in numerous references (as does he) she’s made since the collaboration. Conspiracists always manage to seek each other out.  That way they feed each other to add fuel to their fire.

The Michigan trickster is now signing up in chatrooms, forums and scam sites using a Cybersoup investor’s name and then using the fraudulent account to post fraudulent/scam links and false information in an effort to expand her stalking and slander across the internet.

April Kelley has engaged in extortion and blackmail against several people, all associated with Cybersoup to allegedly right some wrong she feels was done against her.  She thinks breaking the law is a smart way to go, just as her partner Wim Dankbaar has done against the same man.  Mr. Dankbaar had a personal dispute with Cybersoup so he too decided to take to the internet and defame and libel, in an attempt to not only destroy the company’s reputation but to destroy people associated with it and even other companies..  Both he and April Kelley have become adept at just making up despicable lies in a foolhardy attempt to “prove” their cases.

After the new identify theft tactic by April Kelley, though, one has to wonder who’s crazier, Mr. Dankbaar or Mrs. Kelley.  Is it at all possible that even Wim Dankbaar did not know how truly dangerous this April Kelley is?  Or if he did then the greater shame is his.  Mr. Dankbaar is well known for promoting the James Files-JFK Murder Fiction.

April Kelley has already gone on record stating she will use every resource at her fingertips to destroy Cybersoup’s associates and investors including using the attorneys at her husband Edward Kelley’s firm, Stryker Medical.  Both Edward Kelley and Stryker attorneys refused to return calls to discuss the Kelleys blackmail and libel.  Mrs. Kelley claimed to have had a thriving business of promoting online insurance agent services but instead of concentrating on her “business” which apparently was never thriving at all, she works full time on a website solely to libel and defame.  It’s become obvious by now, though, that both Mr. Dankbaar and the Kelleys are deeply entrenched in each other’s business of defamation.
